Do you ship outside the Continental United States?

No. At this time, we only ship within the Continental United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and international).

How long will it take for my item to ship?

Shipping times vary depending on the product. Most products take 1-3 days while a few may take up to 7-10 business days

Are there any special requirements for large orders?

Yes.  Orders equal to $2,000.00 or more will require a wire transfer payment.

What types of shipping methods do you use?

We ship using UPS, FedEx, USPS, and Freight. Available shipping information can be found on the product page.

Can I get expedited shipping?

At this time we cannot accommodate expedited shipping requests.

Do you ship to PO, APO and FPO addresses?

Not currently. We ship products using UPS, Fedex, DHL and other private carriers that do not ship to PO Boxes, APO and FPO addresses. 

How can I view the shipping fees?

Our shipping fees calculator can be viewed when an item is in your shopping cart.

Our shipping fees are based on historical data, based on previous orders and may adjust with activity. Shipping cost may be discounted for multiple item orders.

Will I get an invoice/receipt with my order?

A packing slip will be included with all orders.  Receipt is sent to you via e-mail.

Are shipped orders insured against damage and/or loss?

Yes.
